Warranty Information
What do we cover?
1. This warranty protects Material defects including premature degradation, delamination, and improper brush texture for 2 years
2. Any machining defect in material will be replaced immediately
3. Color hue variability will be protected by this Warranty for 2 years
4. Any Adhesive defects or peeling (If installed by certified Friction Floors Technician) will be covered by this warranty for 2 years
What don't we cover?
1. Material Damage such as but not limited to: Rips, Stains, Cuts, Burns, Animal tears, etc...
2. Sun amplification
3. Cut or modified material
4. 2nd ownership of this product
Who is covered?
The original purchaser of this product will obtain the warranty conditions above starting the day the invoice is mailed.
Obtaining your warranty
In order to make a claim, begin by taking a picture of the issue and attaching it below. Reaching out by email or phone with a picture will also be acceptable. In some cases the original part may be used to replicate and replace with the new part.
What now?
A Friction Floors Expert will get back to the customer promptly and provide an evaluation and a complete replacement of the damaged part.
